Hi, I am still frustrated about this thing. I clicked the link you sent to me and I saw my tokens there and I log in using hive keychain but in the hive keychain, there's no withdraw button. I don't know what am I supposed to do. :(

You just use keychain to login. You have to click the withdraw button on the website. Are you doing this on a computer or a phone?
I'm sorry but I tried the best I can but it just doesn't work on me. It doesn't work on the mobile, there's no option to withdraw. On the computer, I can't download the app no matter how many times I have tried to to. 😩
When you log in, do you see your picture at the top right, like in the image below? And the withdraw button?
On the computer, if you are using chrome you can install keychain from the chrome web store here.
I already installed the keychain from the chrome. But I don't know how to use it.
Ahh ok. After you install it, you have it pinned to the top of chrome. That way you can easily see it and access it. What you want to do is click it, then 'accounts | add account'. Choose "use keys/pwd". Enter your user name and paste in your active key (for moving coins). Later you can also add your posting key for normal interactions, like posting, replying etc. Once you add those keys, then you can use it to log in.

That's not where you withdraw from. I can see that you are already logged in to keychain, now you need to go to hive-engine.com, click 'wallet', then click 'withdraw'.
You may need to first click the login button at the top right. Then you enter your username and click 'login with keychain'. Hive-engine is a Dapp that uses keychain to log you in.
