Nice job, quite an accomplishment! I wasn't able to watch the video so I'll treat this as a fill in the blank exercise.

  1. Healthy Diet
  2. Exercise Daily
  3. Sleep 8 hrs a night
  4. Reduce Stress
  5. Reward yourself!
