No rent has to be paid, you can do whatever you want with it, even give it away for rent yourself and generate a passive income for the rest of your life.
With your own home, your personal sanctuary would flourish by your passion. There would not be a temporary thought of „I just have to live here for a while and will not transform this flat into something beautiful!“.
Decorate this, decorate that as you wish, build some stuff here and there. A lifelong project. Your personal manifestation of your living wishes.
Your last bastion and a safe port. If everything gets to a critical point you can sell it and get liquidity again to start over from scratch again. A nice feeling to have your back covered up like that, isn't it?
But the decision to buy or even build an own house is somehow terrifying. The risk of paying the depth. A lost job, what then? What if you have to pay more when something goes totally wrong?

And the nice thing about living containers: if you want to move to another place, just take your home with you, yes, your entire home! You can ship it for example. Houses at about 100 m² cost about 24K $!

You save so much money with them and can earn, like mentioned before, a lot with them by giving it away for rent. The initial costs will be swallowed much faster, so much faster. And hey? Why buy only one? Why not expanding and get out the maximum out of this possibility? Use your money smarter!
