Looks really good. Going to have to try leaving the peppers whole like that. Normally I slice first and then have to be careful when grilling that they don't drop between the grate. Have lost more then a couple veggies that way...not sure why I never thought to just grill them whole and cut afterwards.

I used to slice the peppers and lost some of them :). This method works way better. If they get to chared you can easily peel it off.

At least I'm not the only one dropping pepper between the grate. The one I drop the most actually is asparagus. Have any tips for that?
