Everyone knows that "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy". If you like to stay up all night when you are young and doesn’t care about your health, when you are old, it is too late to do anything.
2. Smiling is a way of thinking
If you pay attention, you will notice that people who love to laugh, their luck would not be too bad.
Smile is a kind of thinking, is a kind of courage to face difficulties in our life. This kind of thinking can make a person away from breakdown and slowly sort their way out.
3. Tidy is an attitude
Clean white shirt, neat hairstyle, elegant makeup, decent professional suit... etc. No matter work or life, we must be responsible for ourselves.
When you took responsibility of yourselves, you will have a higher quality of life.
4. Exercise is a spirit
Try to exercise everyday. Even when you are old, you still can live like a young person. Exercise should be treated as part of our life, rather than a burden.
I currently do 1, 2 and 3. However exercise is something I need to work on. I work in an office, however try to get out and go for a walk at lunchtime when possible.
I also work in an office, exercise is needed the most for office worker. Since my work place is at 4th floor, I would take stairs instead of elevator.
I'm on level 1. every bit counts I guess.
