I'm glad you started to eat more healthy food. I noticed more vegetables and white meat and less of red meat. Now only 90% of red meat, before 100%) kidding XD. It's a good start. I know you can't change in 1 day but i see you try. Your body will be thankful. Healthy food can be really tasty too!
