Reflection of the day: Never give up!

Thank you very much dear friends for being present accompanying my work, the week passed very quickly, we have arrived again on Monday. A long week where many things happened, it's time for a break, a little evaluation about what happened would be very good, in my blog there will be a place for a beautiful reflection.

Life is a true mystery, not everyone has to live in the same way, at birth we never know what awaits us ahead, or the family that will touch you, if you will be a privileged person and will be touched by a family To cash, in my case, by our economic situation I have to assume responsibilities very prematurely.

My life was never easy, I had to fight a lot to get what little I have, however when you come from nothing, the little you get is a lot, I work from the moment I can remember, while the other children thought about playing, I thought what to do to earn money and help my mother at home.

I had to overcome many obstacles throughout my life, living for me was a constant overcoming of challenge, the first challenge that life gave me was getting used to live in poverty, living on the street is the worst thing that can happen to you, you find situations that you have to decide in a matter of seconds. The second challenge was to leave the streets, when everything seemed lost and about to surrender, something gave me the necessary strength to get ahead.

After getting a job and changing to improve the quality of life, I came to the company that gave everything a person could wish for, in it I made a career in constant growth, arriving at the position that I set out to reach. Commercial manager.

At the end of the year our company carried out an annual evaluation where it presented the statistics of the management results, the event ended with a great party and a very special gift.

As if they knew that this party would be my last in the company, they gave a very special gift, this year the gift had no monetary value like other years, however for me it was the best gift I had received in years.

It was a simple rolled paper tied with a red ribbon, inside it had written some beautiful words that invited a reflection. Looking for material to publish I found that writing that they gave us in the company. Today's story is inspired by "Look at the geese", it talks about the behavior of the geese when it comes to flying, their flight technique makes flying together more beneficial and pleasant, a beautiful reflection that begins like this.

On those days when the gift was given to us, we were asked to read in the comfort of our home to understand the meaning of the writing, it told the story of the flight of the geese, each year, as winter approaches, the geese migrate to another place where the spring weather reigns, the interesting thing about the story is not the migration behavior, but the way they do it.

Have you seen the geese fly? Have you noticed that they fly in the form of a v?

This flight behavior has a meaning. The goose when moving its wings creates a great flow of air that is very beneficial for the goose that is flying behind, for this reason its flight techniques is in v, it is proven that a flock of geese flies more than 70% faster than other flocks of birds using this technique.

Geese know the benefits of flying in droves and in v, they know it is safer, lighter and more pleasant, when a goose accidentally leaves the formation and quickly notice the friction felt by its body when facing only the wind, for this reason they fly all together and in v.

The geese are very clever, when doing the flight formations they send the youngest and strongest bird of the tropel to break the wind, that same order they use from front to back, leaving at the end the sick, old geese or the pigeons that are just beginning to fly. They have a great sense of community, companionship and understanding.

When fatigue tires the bird in front, the goose behind it takes its place, this way the performance of the flight never decreases, the veteran and sick geese that go to the end of the flight, encourage with their songs those who go ahead , they are motivated to follow the flight rhythm, the motivated birds never leave the flight.

The geese in their migrations have to overcome many obstacles, which are achieved thanks to the fact that they fly as a team and constantly encourage each other, when a goose falls ill, another two geese accompany them, never leave it alone, they have a great spirit of empathy and cordiality.

In order to fulfill each year their migration goal, they establish clear flight patterns, such as flying as a team, having empathy, solidarity and, above all, motivating one another. Motivation is the key to reach the destination together.

The geese, before facing the migration, prepare themselves mentally for the adversities that they will have to overcome during the flight, they are tenacious birds, consistent, constant and disciplined, they know that

Perseverance is the path to success!

They are prepared knowing that the faithful companion of the trip will be the obstacles, those who must overcome to reach their destination, they know that if they do not persist they will fail in the middle of the trip, a luxury that can not be given, before leaving they know that.

They should never give up!

A few days ago I spoke with a friend here on the platform that had not talked for a while, we talked about a little bit, but what caught my attention the most, is that his compensations had dropped drastically, like many people live from what he generates here in steemit.

This friend is very loved on the platform, has a great reputation and many followers, for this reason is very striking their compensation, even, at some point I commented that their compensation fell by 75%.

I know that this is a general problem and there are many people who, in this situation, stop publishing, for all of them and those who are going through the same situation, I tell them

Never give up!
