I have done a test stream on 3speak and went to make an account on Vimm but their site was down at the time ^_^ Will be looking back into both it at some point though.

No, I'm currently a volunteer with no source of income so if a free version is provided, I try to stick to that.
A way to sync/combine the chats together for sure, would make it easier for both parties. Things like bots and alerts would be nice additions too but what's considered important is very much each to their own.
If it was a requirement and I had the HIVE, then sure. Would makes sense in terms of promoting HIVE in general. But if there was a free version, I would probably stick with that first until I managed to make enough HIVE to pay for a version with maybe more features ^_^
