Well, presently yes, however I think that a very large amount of such technologies like that which have been hidden in deep-black special-access programs and projects for many decades will be released to the world quite soon, so the probability of us finding a functional one will increase markedly at some point. π π π β¨ π€

The technologies, and several variations of them, do exist, and have for many decades. Many of the initial experiments with them did not go well for some people. Hehehe...yes, there are safe operating parameters now. π π π β¨ π€
