Agreed. Our bodies need complete foods which includes some natural sugars, salt, fat, vitamins, enzymes, all of those things are found in some foods and many people are not eating enough fats and like you said, fat does not make us fat. Our bodies does it best save food sometimes when it might be starving or something. The body has to try to balance everything out and if your digestive system is slowing down, then your body may store more and more fat because it needs to save the food for later and because the body is not digesting the food too perhaps.
