We had a lot more flowers a month ago than we do today. February was a rough month for us... an unexpected snow storm followed by a month of cold weather. A lot of the first round of flowers died off but now they are coming back.
Here are a few photos taken this morning with my Olympus E-M5MarkII and a Nikon 105mm f/2.8 macro lens. The 2x crop factor of the Olympus gives me an effective focal length of 210mm, and I can focus fairly close - but it is manual focus only.

Thank you, @pixresteemer!
White Heather-beautiful, haven't seen this flower yet.
It's a pretty hardy flower, most of them are pink or purple I believe. This plant didn't mind the snow at all.
it is wonderful to see that they came back :) Looking forward to spring and all theses flowers!
Thanks very much, Spring is coming!
Beautiful

You make steemit a wonderful place to visit, Keith:) Lovely shots.
Nah... you do with these lovely comments! :-)
Hello..
@keithboone
Absolutely beautiful photos... !!
It doesn't seem possible right now where I am with so much snow.. but I know in a few weeks I should be seeing some Daffodils and crocuses.
Thank you! Hang in there, the snow will be gone soon!

Lucky you! We still have very little blooming except the snowdrops. It snowed here this morning. I'm very sad.
Don't be sad, be happy! Spring is coming, I swear... :-)
I'm trying. We still have several days with snow in the forecast. I know someday spring will arrive but I think it's on an extended layover in Denver or something.

Thanks very much!
Howdy sir Keith! Great macro shots and that Purple Crocus is stunning! Those flowers that got wiped out by the weather will come back?
Thank you! I've seen a lot of dead cherry blossoms but the new ones are growing. Even some of the snowdrops look old and wilted, but again, there are tons of new ones growing. Some flowers like that heather don't seem to mind the snow at all.
Sir Keithboone! So spring is actually there now? we measure spring here by the scorpions showing up again! lol. You just don't even go without shows here, inside or out.
Well, there are zero scorpions here, so I guess it's not Spring yet! There was a dusting of snow overnight, now it's raining and around 40 degrees F. Winter just does not want to give up this year!
howdy today sir Keith! well that mights it kind of hard to get fresh pictures every day doesn't it? It's a good thing you have a huge archive.
Yep, it's a good thing, but these were fresh photos and same with the Feathered Friday post. I do try to get out there every day, it's just not always nice every day ;-)
yes sir Keith, it's kind of a hassle but I keep plugging away because you said we were all going to be rich so I'm following your lead! lol.
