Absolutely @montaquilaa, I don't think we can call ourselves truly healthy if only our body is well but our mind is sick, or vice-versa! We're so used to dividing and categorising everything that we often forget it's all a whole. Many thanks for your support, I'm really happy you like the magazine :-)
