The above photo is why I am so consistent in my time spent each day trying to profitably trade this market.
You can see that what we would like to do, is going to cost some money. So we labor on.
It is too important not to do so.
Whether I will be successful or not is yet to be determined. I have done OK so far.
We never give up. We are Steemians. We dream on.
The storms and wind can be very violent on a hill. Such as the one shown in the photo below.
We are thinking about building a home on this hill. We would like to be above the valley below.
It has a very nice view as you can see.
We are only looking now. The little barn/house wouldn't be enough for us.
We was thinking that maybe that would be a good place for a basement.
Then have a little cabin space above the basement. But, we haven't decided anything yet.
So let us look at how we are doing with our dream of trading the market for adding a few dollars.
It can be discouraging to be living and counting pennies each day. No one wants that.
Here is the Daniels Trading chart below. It has the yellow arrows for the entry and exit.
I took the buy side of the trade yesterday. And it was right this time.
Next, we add the Completed Orders page for your viewing.
Yesterday the trading wasn't hard to see and complete. Few days are that easy though. Most of the time it is tough to make a good decision. The market likes to trick you at every opportunity. Ugh
Now to the "happy part." The trading DOM.
The green numbers near the upper right hand corner makes traders happy. It does me too. lol
So Friends. We dream on. Will we be successful? Time alone has that answer. I can hope the answer is "yes."
Trading is not easy. It can make one very sad. The dollars can quickly disappear. I know from experience.
So, if you are thinking about learning how to trade. Be ready to endure some "sad days."
Few are successful in "futures trading." I am trying to beat the odds.
Let us take another look at some of our land. It is so beautiful to me.
This is an evening photo after working that day. That is why you see the shadows.
Friends, I am hoping that you have found something interesting in my work and post.
Without you. My post and Steemit has little value to me or to anyone.
You are what makes Steemit grow and keeps me trying to add my part.
Thank you
Francis
I do a lot of looking at land and/or houses and cant decide so I told the wife we should just move to a retirement facility.
looks like your trading going well.a lady out here at the lake bought an Amish building to live in she is putting paneling and drywall and insulating it making a home
Yes I agree beautiful land. It looks so peaceful too.
The cabin is really sweet Francis!
I think it would fit nicely on the hill overlooking the valley.
Do you need heat during the winter months where you're thinking of locating it and will it be off-grid?
Rebecca. We would want a basement. The morning sun would shine right in. That is what we are thinking.
Whether it would make sense to add the little barn/cabin on top of the basement?
I don't know. I would like to have concrete all around it if it was placed on a basement.
I guess we will find out. That is a least one year away and maybe up to three years or more.
We like off-grid. The electric service in our area is expensive. Way above average price for
electric service. Solar would make more sense. It would be less expensive over time.@rebeccaryan

A basement is definitely going to give you more usable space. What is the approximate square footage of the cabin you've shown in the photo?
I didn't measure it. We had stopped in to look at it on the way to the Miller's bulk and bakery stores.
Likely 12 X 12 or 144 sq. ft.
But, if anyone wanted one larger. They build them just down the road about
two miles or so. They are Amish built. So they would surely build larger.
I think 16 X 24 would be good. But, if trusses had to be added.
Up goes the cost . lol
They are very attractive on the outside though.@rebeccaryan

The house we currently live in is 850 square feet. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open concept dining room, living room with a separate kitchen. Full basement underneath with a walk-out. We are in the process of adding solar to it. I do think this is a very efficient way to live, especially if you can reduce as many of your fixed costs as you can.@knarly327 said that he thought you should consider extending the basement out past the porch of the cabin so that you can have a cold room.
All options are on the table at this point. Nothing ruled out. Very early stages of planning.
We should sell our house in Florida. And if we have anything in Florida. Maybe a condo.
Another thing is with all my winning trades. Anything is possible. Ha
Winning joke of the day. And the joke is on me. lol
I like solar. It is much less to construct now than what it used to be.
And the cost savings over time would be a lot. For our area anyway.@rebeccaryan

I got a feeling Pat is going to strike it rich in the casino one day and you can put a mansion on that hill.
Strike it rich? I like the sound of that. Ha
We are scheduled to go to the casino next week. For two days.
No, I don't get to make the decisions about that. I get to tag along. lol
I do like going though. Since I don't lose any or much money.
The food is great. Excellent is the right answer.
And the rooms are first class. To me anyway.
Oh yes. I take one of my computers with me.@bluelightbandit
