Oh, my!!! It has taken me all week to digest this with my eyes, I cannot imagine how you made your way through it all~!!
I am not sure I would have been able to leave any dish behind, I might have wanted to taste them all. I have found when there are such delectable dishes like this, served to perfection, I can only afford a taste if I want to have it all.
A gastronomic delight, the dishes were plated so beautifully, the creativity is superb! I must say that I love the way you rolled your meat and stood it up. As a Westerner, they lay it flat, but, then I got to thinking that you probably do it so that it can be easily grabbed with chopsticks. Yes?
Honestly, this is such a superb food extravaganza! Thank you!!! The top loin, oyster omelet, and your antipasto would have been my favorites although I would have to have a bowl of soup too. Thank you for your lovely entry, as always!

It's the way i did it actually a nipple at every dish and slowly i got to taste them all the best way to get through it and enjoy every dish and your right standing the meats up made it easier to grab with the chopsticks.
