It was an awesome parade, Traci! I should admit right up front that I love parades and I have never seen one that wasn't amazing. Does that make a difference? I am so glad that you could see the energy that was out there, sometimes it is hard to transfer onto the photo.
There is always such an energy to the crowd and I have found that the best part of the parade is in the pre parade activities, with the people getting ready and setting out all the instruments and lining everything up and actually the state of confusion that seems to run through the people. It makes for better shots in so many ways and in the end it all comes together to look like there is no trouble to it.
