    Thank you so much! I would say that this is one of the more fun festivals, but a lot of that has to do with it kicking off our spring here. Oddly enough, Mother Nature lines are sucked up with the Kite Festival here in Washington DC. It's quite the sight to see hundreds upon hundreds of colorful kites bobbing up in the sky! It was a perfect day for a perfect day.
