Well the initial idea is use in post menopausal/menopausal women so pregnancy would only come into it if it was extended out to other age groups. I'm not sure it will get that far given the broad effects that FSH has for exactly that reason. Obviously men don't get pregnant but it is also a broad switching hormone with a variety of reproductive and other effects in both genders which I think would pose a problem in that case too.
