I am going to tell you about the Sound of silence which is called the inner sound as well. there are two types of sounds. First the sound of known. Second the sound of unknown. The sound of known is the sound which our mind recognize. Like the sound of clap, traffic, wind, and waterfall etc. The other type of sound is the inner sound. You can call it the voice of soul as well.

I find myself at odds with the research. I work hard to screen out the internal sounds as I find them disturbing anything but relaxing. We are all different!
