Thank you! This is something we are taught in Arhatic Yoga so we can do more energy intense meditations without the side effect of congestion. If you do powerful meditation be sure to move your body!
Tai Chi is definitely something I want to learn! Coordinating meditation with physical movement is very beneficial and relaxing. I bet you'd like Super Brain Yoga as well. It's so quick, only takes a minute each day. It has amazing, lasting improvements in focus and mental clarity as it helps balance the energies in the brain.
