Great post! I had never heard of this concept before. Followed! I suppose another a useful method would be Tai Chi, which is a method of moving energy or chi, and also a means of meditation. Tai Chi is definitely something I want to learn! Coordinating meditation with physical movement is very beneficial and relaxing. I bet you'd like Super Brain Yoga as well. It's so quick, only takes a minute each day. It has amazing, lasting improvements in focus and mental clarity as it helps balance the energies in the brain.
