RE: I've Been Memed! I Feel So Honored! :)

Well thank you for that. I appreciate it.

I don't know if you watched my video that Lord Voldemort was kind enough to advertise in his open love letter that included me, but if you were to watch it then you might see that it was a mix of light heartedness and confusion. I was asking questions. Even the title of the video is a question, not an accusation.

I find it ironic that he accuses me of making false claims and accusations and I've made none and he's made plenty and he knows it. I know he knows it because he even admits to it when I point it out, but then he twists it and claims my context is not relevant. Yeah, sounds like Judge O'Connell in the United Kingdom. The difference being I didn't get arrested and fined 800 Pounds and Count Dankula did. lol

Also, the less Lord Voldemort (or anyone) knows about me, the more of a paradox I become for such people. I don't think he quite understands how relevant a question it was when he posted the meme of Agent Smith saying "WHY DO YOU PERSIST?!".

Neo persisted as a result of Agent Smith's failure to understand Neo, and a lack of desire to understand the larger picture of the situation. Agent Smith thought he knew it all already and thought that he had justified moral authority. So I think his choice of that particular matrix meme accurately represents his own personal world view and thus his conundrum. His frustration in this regard is every bit as understandable as the frustration of Agent Smith.

I am a strong advocate for freedom of speech and the second amendment as well. This is a part of who I am. So anyone who does not realize that this is a part of who I am, that it is a passion integrated deep within me and is one with me -- is going to fail to understand how "tactical strategy" has "failed to make me stop being who I am".

When it comes to the freedom of speech issue, I also have to look at the difference between when something has become "a public utility" and when something is "merely just a private business". When a public utility that the world depend on tries to censor and restrict based on ideology, it is a problem. Imagine if your electric company cut you off because they were Democrats and you were Conservative, or vice versa? This would be a huge problem. When sites such as YouTube do the same thing it is a huge problem because people are easily brain washed, especially the younger they are. So if all ideas do not have vocal opposition, then there is no critical thinking. There is merely the youth growing up being brain washed by unchallenged ideas. This breeds a DANGEROUS WORLD. Most people are blind to the implications.

Now for a smaller business such as Steemit that has not become a public utility and is a small business, they have the right to do whatever they want. Censor as much as they like. It is fine because the biggest whale on Steemit is but a minnow on the Internet at large. So its all good. Now being a business does it mean that the FAQ contradicting invisible rules is fraud? Well, I don't know. I'm not a legal expert. Is it fraud if an auto shop advertised themselves as a fast food joint? Could their business be shut down for it? I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a judge or an FBI agent or someone who works for the BBB or the Attorney Generals Office. The fuck if I know. And thats all I was getting at when I mentioned the FBI. That if I were to contact them (which I have not) it would be to ask them questions, not make accusations. It would be for my own pursuit of knowledge.

Whether anyone here wants to believe it or not, Steemit's reputation is continuing to decrease on the Internet at large, the more shit like this happens. Lord Voldemort said I was full of shit in saying it. Well, as I already admitted a ton of times -- when I was originally told this by people, I thought they were just being judgmental of something new that they didn't fully understand. I ended up making myself the fool on that one, and I own that.

Lord Voldemort already knows that I openly agreed to follow his rules now that I actually know them. Yet I am still on the bot list. Not because of rule violations, but because I refuse to change who I am to suit the needs of his ego. In short: he's a sociopath.

The day I get on my hands and knees and bow and scrape, proclaim him lord god and almighty knower of all, will be the day I get off of that blacklist. Seeing as that day isn't ever happening, that is why this account will be on that list for as long as he runs that bot. Not because of rule violations, but to spite the fact that I won't change who I am as a person, to suit the needs of his ego.

Yet another Non-Steemnit user noticed the tomfuckery up in this place, noticed that I was a part of it, reached out to me on Facebook (my profile and all of my posts are quite public) and asked me why the popular crowd on Steemit treats new users in this way.

Here is my reply to her:

"I would encourage people to read all of the threads themselves, and I am doing so merely to not act as one-sided as they are acting. To encourage people to make up their own minds as to whether or not "I did something terrible and thus their treatment of me is justified" or "they're just a bunch of flaming control freak dicks".

From my perspective and in my opinion and as best I can understand their explanations -- they believe that everyone views reality in exactly the same way. Therefore when I mention things like how the FAQ contradicts their invisible rules, I get told things like "the rules don't need to be listed they are common sense for anyone, so your argument is weak". It is the same attitude YouTube has when a video is taken down for "hate speech". Because the people who run YouTube are ideological purists, they too believe that their view is "common sense that everyone knows" and thus they view any violations to those invisible rules they think everyone is supposed to know, as rebellion against the obvious.

This is the problem that most of humanity faces to be honest. Very few people on any side of any issue want to see the truth that we view the world as we are and not as it is. Therefore, the whole "misunderstanding, my ass! you know you're being a criminal!" sort of attitude is pervasive on all sides. All sides assume they are doing the greater good, no side realizes they are all contributing to the very things they claim to hate.

So what is happening on Steemit is merely a microcosm of one of the larger issues in the overall human experience. It is easier to demonize someone if we think that common sense is universal and immutable. Then its easy to claim that the other side is just evil and in rebellion against "something everyone knows"."

Now @makerhacks you have a reputation score of 62 and you are in good standing with the whales here. So if you really, really, really want to get down to the bottom of this and you truly want the truth of how Steemit is run, then politely and without challenging anyone, just tell Lord Voldemort that you've looked deeper into my situation and that you empathize (you already said you empathize in public anyways) and suggest that the unofficial rules that are getting people added to the bot, be added to the official FAQ so that no one has anymore excuses to complain.

Then watch how quickly he and his groupies turn against you. If you really want the truth, you'll test the theory. Maybe I'm wrong and maybe he'll be reasonable with you but I'll get out the popcorn anyways, just in case.

As I've already said -- I don't hate the guy. I'm not angry with him. I just find all of this amusing and I find it even more amusing that Lord Voldemort and his groupies can't see why I find this amusing. They don't understand that as per my own personal ideology, it doesn't matter to me what my reputation score is, how much crypto I make or don't make on here or if I even lose my account. It doesn't matter because I value authenticity and truth to be worth more than crypto and popularity. So I move in the direction of being a genuine person in search of truth.

Lord Voldemort has given me quite an education about the truth of how things are run here on Steemit. He might think I'm just being snarky in saying that I deeply appreciate the lessons he's taught me but I'm dead shit serious. He just doesn't understand what the lessons are that he's taught me. :)
