As far as I'm concerned, I'm rather conservative. I like Czech classics like beef fillet with cream, pork, dumplings and cabbage. Sauces, I love mushroom sauce, but it has to be from freshly picked mushrooms, that's the best. Soups I like the classic beef bone broth, or a substitute can be made from turkey necks.

My great grandmother was from that part of the world. She'd make stuffed cabbage rolls and all kinds of soups from scratch. Delicious stuff!
