The thing is, itvis practically impossible for all the people to have equal outcome when there are so much differences of gender, culture and age etc. are at play. Demanding equality of outcome is foolish. Earning it is almost practically impossible. The most we can do is create equality of opportunity at this stage, then, if we succeed, we can get into this debate about whether to pursue equality of outcome or just settle for equality of opportunity. In reality, we haven’t even achieved the basic goal to the full extent right now.
