The visualization of needs and desires of the clients, is key to determine what our target market will be and to define product or service design strategies and promotion strategies.
I want to emphasize an important aspect in the marketing of products, and it has to do with the ethics of marketing. I mean not to create false attributes of the product / service and false expectations in the satisfaction of desires. This can generate in the client "cognitive dissonance", that is, a feeling of defraction or deception that, far from attracting new clients, can generate a bad reputation. Even this can lead to legal problems due to misleading advertising.
