RE: Steemit Strategies - Is Buying Votes Profitable?

in #minnowhelp7 years ago

The disconnect here is that you dont understand the math.
The rewards pool is a commons.
In order for you to have your bite of cake everybody elses' bite gets smaller.
If the stake delegated to the bots was taken out of the votes, everybody's vote triples.
How happy would you be when not just your vote, but all those people voting for you have their votes tripled in value?
Then folks wont be leaving and they will tell their friends this game makes sense.

The people delegating know this is true, most of the bot operators know this is true, not many newbs know about this.
Things are this way because those with the keys to the code think its funny to slap cake out of fat kids' hands.
Change isnt coming from them.
The only way to alter this is to alter people's behavior by making them aware of facts they dont have.
The people with the keys know this and it is why they upvote content like yours and remind people that voting content like mine will end their gravy train.
Its worse than high skool.

If you want more kids with more cake at your table, tell them all is not as it seems here.
We had an experiment going that would have proven all this but instead they forked the code because slapping cake out of fat kids' hands is more entertaining when you get to spread that cake on your whore paid for by your advantage in the math.
Rather than spread the wealth they chose more debauchery.

Lets hope any fat kid choking is purely metaphorical.

The rewards pool is to reward 'good' content, just because you can buy rewards doesnt mean you should.
If all you were interested in was exposure, you could decline rewards.
But nobody will do that because unless everybody did it it would cost you alot of money.
So, there is no interest by those with the keys to change this.
Fat kids just keep losing cake.

The best argument I have heard yet. Much appreciated.
Just to show you I have a sense of humor. Here - birthday-2901945_640.jpg

Its not an argument, it is the facts.
I present them as an act of selfdefense.
Until they are generally known the schemers are winning.
