Good morning traders and TGIF!
This week passed as a breeze, much news to report - let's not dwell much on individual events and rather head directly for some highlights!

Bittrex, the popular and coveted cryptoexchange made a surprise move to open for new registrations. Alas - you had to be really quick, because of the horde running for the entrance and completely overwhelming the Bittrex personnel had the executives close the exchange for new registrations just a few hours later.
UPDATE Registrations open again! Get them! :)
Why Bittrex? Bittrex offers trading Steem and SBD and easy trasfers between Steem and their own exchange.
The VIT testnet is public and it appears, at least at the moment, to be a 1:1 clone of Steemit. Post rewards still display SBD and SP and website metadata displays Steemit info as well. It's forgivable though, as Vice Network is a softfork of the Steem network.
Still, it's good that its public, as we have means of watching the progress they do on this project. Sign-ups are closed here and all we get is 3 test posts on the testnet, but looking forward to see more.

What else? Oh, the markets appear a little more giddy than recently, with EOS leading the pack and the giants LTC and BTC lagging behind.
But why EOS? It seems the upcoming airdrop is to blame. Apparently on April 15th, all EOS holders will get an 1:1 airdrop of eosDAC tokens. Well, all who hold more than 100 EOS, will at least. Those who hold less than 100 EOS, will also get their free share, but will have to claim their eosDAC tokens manually and at a later date.
