As this blog is nearing it's natural end, I'll still try to push somethings crypto and non-crypto that catch my eyes, for as long as I can. I will talk more about my blog in upcoming posts, but today, lets see what I picked up.
FSMA (FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS AUTHORITY), the Belgium watchdog firm, has listened to hundreds of users complaints and made life easier for us - they have listed 28 cryptocurrency websites and portals, that have signs of fraudulent or non-satisfying activity.
The list itself can be viewed on their website fsma.be under the warnings section and is intended to protect cryptocurrency investors and raise awareness about scammy ICOs and such.
You should really check out whether your favorite website is on the list or not.
Firefox to protect users
Firefox the forgotten browser (not really, just by me - but I still think they are cool) is annoyed about the practice of websites using their visitors computing power to mine cryptocurrencies, with or without their consent and promises that they will combat this with full force in their upcoming browser versions!
"Other sites have deployed cryptomining scripts that silently mine cryptocurrencies on the user’s device. Practices like these make the web a more hostile place to be. Future versions of Firefox will block these practices by default", said the product VP (via ethereumworldnews.com).
Godspeed. About time someone did something about these pesky scripts!
Ok, you need to see this weird haircutting and -setting technique - young bangladeshis demand their hair be cut and styled in the most dangerous fashion available - namely by setting it on fire.
Well, the barbers claim that this technique has been used for ages in some countries and that this is nothing new. The barbers also say that the chemicals used to set the hair on fire during styling, are perfectly safe. But what about firehazard and burning your customers down to ashes, man?!

Lately i've been using Opera, the real forgotten browser! Now I can open 20 steemit tabs to comment on posts i auto-voted and it runs absolutely fine. Chrome will grind my computer to a halt! Must try the experiment with Firefox next ... thanks for reminder :)
Truthfully some of those mining sites are all fake I have ventured into some of them and I didn't get anything out of it. You made an amazing content my dear friend, would love to see more post from you. Greetings from @ayahlistic
