Spoken like a true gardener @donnadvisart! Many people fail to appreciate, or even see, the amazing gifts of nature, especially in the moments of being "frozen in a moment in time"! There is so much joy in all aspects of things gardening and artwork, that sometimes we can miss it. We are taught to get to the product the finish line, but I have always love the meandering path to it and the process. I think gardening at an early age and learning it from my beloved Grandfather taught me the joy of patience. And boy does gardening teach you that!
There is so very much to learn from nature. How awesome that it was passed down to you from past generations. I too had a gardening family, and I grew up in the mountains, spending a ton of my childhood outside-- blessed beyond words!
