Aww what a lovely story, so glad she has a nice home, we have a rescue cat too and can't imagine what she would have been like if we didn't take her in!

Sadly, their lives are usually hell if people don't take them in
Your right, wish I could home more, it would be amazing to have an animal sanctuary!
I have 6. It's getting out of hand
Aww I would love 6 !! I don't think you can ever have too many, you just might need a bigger house!
When you have more than 2 or 3, it becomes more and more tricky for them to all get along without bullying and behavioural issues like spraying or overgrooming happening
Of course! We have 2, one we had when she was a kitten and a rescue cat, it took around 3 months for them to be ok with each other, they have their moments but get on fine, I cant imagine its hard with 6!!
My latest, who you can read about [here] if youare so-inclined has a peeing problem. It is getting better but he really has stunk up the house. I think he will eventually fit in but there are situations where the cats simply don't get along at all
