make good content - post it -and let people vote on it. the votes are steem and steem dollars- they can converted in $ or grow your stake in steem (paid into your wallet after 7 days )

ill leave you the breadcrumbs. lol... steemit , (steem or sbd) -sell > blocktrades > wallet or exchange you use (i use exodus wallet) > bank account.
(depending on your country things may be a little different)
