not really to be honest I think intermittent fasting plays a big role in getting used to not being hungry so you don't even feel anything that will make you intake more than what is necessary.

If you are filling up your car with gas you're going to stop pumping before it overflows and spills over...in this case everyone has their own sized "gas tank" and by now they should know at what point they should stop pumping food/liquids into their mouth.

If only it was that easy. Depending on the food, satiety isn't always recognised and cars don't have emotions. IF was the approach I used but there's been research recently suggesting that it can trigger Type 2 Diabetes despite also helping fat loss (you can't win). I try to recognise my triggers and work out a different response than heading to the fridge. Good luck

can you link me to the research about IF triggering Type 2 Diabetes? I have only heard the opposite from many sources and I am always looking to add new sources for info.
