It was jaw-dropping to see that much skin on a Disney flick.

Too bad the made-for-TV sequel, Splash, Too, didn't have the same effect.

And, LOL at your mother!

yeah my mom tried to protect us from a lot of things back in the 80's. Conan the Barbarian was an epic film and we really wanted to see it, but before we could my mom watched it live on HBO with my dad and they paused the record button anytime there was sex or nudity on the screen. So we missed vast parts of the film such as the throne room at the end where pretty much everyone is naked. So as far as 10 year old me was concerned Arnold and co just completely skipped that entire room and had a face off with James Earl Jones on the balcony straight away.

If you don't know what I am referring to it was a pretty massive battle but there were far too many bewbs in it for my mama's liking, so we didn't get to see it.
