    Assume that they are poisonous until you get an expert mycologist (Mushroom Expert) to personally examine them. There has been a rash of deaths and severe illnesses in Northern California from the consumption of mushrooms recently. Some poisonous mushrooms look very similar to some edible mushrooms.

    I am from Czech republic, Central Europe, we are big fans of mushrooms and it is very good edible mushroom.
    Off course this is just photo. As wrote @improv ask an expert. Anyway I do not think you eat mushrooms. Do you???
