Don’t give them any other food. Honestly take away their electronics or whatever they spend the most time on and bam it’ll work the dream. Don’t try to sugar coat it no matter what, as that just prolongs it. Don’t try to be kind either, just be blunt and make it sink in as kids can purposely ignore it. It’ll get them to eat the veggies (maybe even like them later), and you don’t have to dress after the 3rd day.
