I usually prefer drink milk in the morning or lunch.

People often say it's better to drink milk in the evening. But this is a problem for our bowels. Because of the formation of gas in the stomach. This affects our sleep badly. Even though milk is consumed in the evening because it brings sleep, it doesn't do much good in the stomach.

If you do a job that requires energy after drinking milk in the morning, you should not drink milk. Because when we drink milk, lactic acid formation is observed in the muscles and this makes us feel tired. So after breakfast, drinking coffee and drinking milk in the afternoon would be a good choice.

Also try to drink natural milk , don't drink the market milk. Milk sold in the market does not help much. Therefore, drinking milk does not change you much.

I also consume milk with oatmeal for breakfast. It is not a problem to eat with a small amount of milk. If I drink coffee after breakfast, there is no fatigue.
