By doing something as simple as cutting your portions by 10% at each meal you can train yourself to eat less and lose weight.

As you learn to eat less your stomach will actually shrink and you will become fuller sooner.

You can then reduce your portion size another 10%

By repeating this process you will be able to eat less, feel full and still lose weight.

You must ensure that you maintain an appropriate caloric intake for your weight, age and activity level however.

The easiest method to lose weight would have to be by surgery. It's not ideal but it's the easiest and fastest way to lose weight.

You could have a gastric bypass which is a surgery that essentially reduces the size of your stomach and in turn reduces the amount of food you can eat. This will make you fill full faster and you'll end up losing weight without actually doing much.

You could also go in for liposuction which is the removal of fat from certain parts of the body and as is probably the fastest way to lose weight because the effects are immediate. You'd literally shed a couple of pounds over night.

But if you don't have the money to pay for all this then your best option will be to take the long road and exercise and diet. This is probably the most sustainable means of losing weight and it's the cheapest means as well.

Cut out fizzy drinks and snacks and go for run every day. The weight will start disappearing after a couple of weeks .

I think there is always no faster way to lose weight. The most important thing is to learn the fundamentals of losing weight.

Eat a lot of healthy food and relax more. Work in a less stressful environment. Stress tends to increase the stress hormones. Don't go for those office jobs. It's causes the body to not work efficiently.

Work out a lot and train hard and do lots of exercises. Be more happy and see the positive side of things.
