Indian food are good for our health and also it does not effect any symptoms to our body.Indian food are of various types such as Gujarati dish,Punjabi dish,south Indian dish and many more are there .

Gujarati dish means the people of Gujarat who eats regular food in their daily life .in India there are various types of dishes are there and the people like to eat as various mood.

People think about Indian food is that they can not become a problem of diabetes or any other heavy disease .so mostly people like to eat Indian food as their routine life.

In various world we can see a Indian food are having a craze in the foreign countries also,because people mostly like to eat Indian food rather then fast food like burgen,vadapav,manchuriyan,chicken and many more.
