my favorite outdoor form of exercise is playing football. It is very healthy and best exercise if everyone plays early in morning in between 7-10 then the game become more interesting. See doing exercise of hand and leg is not only feels energetic but your whole body should get daily trained and you could feel better when the game is ended and the day will be best just try my formula once if you don't have ground you can also go for playing badminton it requires also less space and you can play everywhere
