Well, as I said, I hope it actually works for them rather than backfiring. I shake my head at how far things have come in 35 years or so, back when I was really into Marvel Comics, they were talking about movies back then. This hype would have been harder to generate without the internet—fan mail wouldn't have done it—and most of us were young and awestruck by everything they did. Today, not so much. Everyone's a critic. :)
