When you say software, I like to think of a platform
Like the Steemit platform which is free to register if you can wait till the account is ready. It is free and I pretty much can't believe it is
OpenOffice because it is a decent open source alternative to Microsoft Word. Also, Blender because it can be used to render fantastic 3D models.
