I can manage the time to consume it.

1. If I want more protein at breakfast, I drink milk in the morning because it's a good time.

2. If I am exercising in the morning then I drink milk in the morning to provide my body with protein and calcium.

Bones and muscles need calcium and protein for selection.

3. If I want to be full throughout the day and enter food intake, then the morning is the best time to drink the best milk.

4. If I am involved in small things and cannot sleep well at the right time, then I will drink milk at night to sleep. This will make me feel calm and sleep well.

5. If I feel tired after a day of work and want to relax, then drink milk at night.

Because Milk contains an amino acid known as tryptophan which helps my brain release serotonin. Susujuga also helped me relax.

6. If I am doing heavy duty, it is not recommended to drink milk at night.
