I think the first would be the idea creation, then there would be the vocabulary number that the writer has to write an article, the more words that the write knows, the more the write can write. The next challenge would be knowing how to write in a way which the readers understand, which at the same time is systematically written in order. It is hard to organize those ideas into a piece of writing.
