Since plastic cellophane is usually biodegradable,I guess, either we reuse it if possible or make a hole in the garden and place them inside. I guess the other way is just to keep it in a pile then later place them in a plastic cellophane bag and throw it in the garbage bin so it won't get mixed up with the other trash. But no matter what i think it will decompose no matter what method that is.
