Dominant nature is not wrong, what makes it wrong is that the dominant nature itself weakens the nature of others so that others become dependent on them and those nearby cannot be independent. If the dominant nature is in us, what should be done? So that the dominant nature can be a blessing to others and ourselves.
The first thing we must know is the definition of dominant attitude. Basically we all hope that we can influence people. In general we will be called dominant if we tend to force our will to influence people to do what we expect.
The second thing is the dominant attitude itself which cannot be directly related to one type of personality. If we divide personality into four types choleric, melancholic, sanguine, and plegmatic - actually the dominant nature can be in all types.
Third thing is often the dominant attitude is more related to certain experiences and our own family background, specifically with how we grew up.
The fourth thing we need to realize is that the dominant attitude has a certain impact on other family members, both positive and negative.
After realizing, both the positive and negative effects of the dominant attitude, it is clear that we must maintain that the dominant attitude does not produce bad results. We can't but we have to control it so that the dominant attitude does not dominate us and those around us. The trick is simple:
We must be more willing to listen and be more open to learning or changing.
Even though we assume that our opinion is better than the opinion of a partner or child, leave it. Not always our opinion must be heard.
Apologize if all this time we have "crushed" their opinions. Remember that directing is not the same as imposing.
