If you want to put on weight and also be healthy then there are 2 methods of doing it.
first one just go and eat all junk food and dont workout , take extra cold drinks and sodas you will definetly put on weight but then you also added fats stored in your body and that is very very dangerous , and the second method eat healthy food in short frequent time , exercise and also take consumption of carbs not heavy meals , you will put on weight also and dont even became fat.always had a good sleep of atleast 8 hours a day,
