To overcome depression, the first thing you need to do is to find what's causing the depressive feeling. You can hardly overcome anything you don't have any idea of where it's steming from. If the cause of the depression can be identified, the problem is 50% solved. The other 50% will be solved by controlling your reaction to the discovered causes or limiting the occurrence of the discovered causes. Depression is a mind thing, if you can control what goes on in your mind, you can control it easily
