I heard a number of unconfirmed rumours for loosing belly fat let me list a few :-
1.) Drinking Green Tea.
2.) Drinking Lime water.
3.) Eating Salad as Meal in Breakfast and Dinner.
4.) Sleep for atleast 8 Hrs.
5.) Walking for a Fixed Duration i.e. till you sweat.
6.) Doing Crunches when you get up from the bed in the morning.
I say unconfirmed cause i tried none of them. My belly fat is here to stay..
