I always wondered if U-Pick farms were a thing beyond my boyhood home in southern Indiana, now I know it's not unique. I have so many fond childhood memories of going to local U-Pick farms around my hometown. We had a bit of strawberries, but blueberries were by far the most common berries for U-Pick.
Enjoy it girls, you literally earned them.

Oh i love picking blueberries too! I did that last year for the first time! In Surry,BC, Canada they have lots blueberry farms which we donβt have here in Alberta. Picking cherries, peaches and next on my list!! Will you take your family back to you hometown when the visa approves?
Yeah, my grandmother passed away several years ago, and we still maintain her old house on the family farm. We can live there rent-free as long as we do some maintenance keep it up to code. As much as I don't want to live there, free rent is hard to pass up. We'll just have to figure out a way to make it work.
Oh that great!! Will you run the farm as well for some income? Grow some high profit produce?
