From grey to green.

We have a trail we use when walking tour with our dog Nero. The highest point of the trail is around 300 meter above sea. Now early in the spring it is fun to watch how the altitude have an impact on the vegetation. It is quite a big difference from 20 to 300 meters how green the trees have become.

So far this spring I have observed 3 different sort of flower in the forest, this is the newest one :-)

The pictures above show the difference on the leafs down by my house and on the highest point of the trail.

The low evening sun make the leaves shine like small lights.

Still enough snow to play in.

An iron ore train passing on the way down from the mountain.

It looks like it can be a green summer this year too :-)

Have a green evening.

Best regards

Beautiful location and surrounding! I think you are mountain people! You cannot live in big cities!!

This is good for writing and painting!

Thank you @kaminchan. You have right. We tried to live in the city. Did not function, and moved to the countryside 😊 I use much of my spare time outdoors👍

Beutiful spring shots of a beutiful looking place. Makes a nice contrast with the surrounding last pieces of snow. We so have to take the trip up north instead always going south for holiday.

Thank you @tijntje. It can be quite nice if you are lucky with good weather. Rain and fog can also be exotic if you usually have much sun and hot weather 😂

Hahaha indeed the Netherlands are know for its sunny warm climate. But indeed fog and rain can also be beutiful, I also loved Scotland (ok we where on a whiskey tour)

I prefer sunny weather, I like whiskey and would probably love Scotland.😂

Oh yeah you would live Scotland with all its distilleries with tours and tastings..if you ever go over there the Deanston distillery is a go to. Oh and I prefer sunny weather also😂

I will remember that👍

Really beautiful shots! I love the light coming through the leaves. That always looks magical. And it's always great to see pictures of Nero! He's a beautiful dog.

Thank you very much.

That's a very beautiful place and looks very abundant and fluid with nature. May I ask what mountain range that is?

Thank you. The pictures is from northern Norway. Outside the city Narvik.
