See it like this: Most of the money in the world is controlled by a few thousand people. If you become a millionare, you are already in the top 10-20% of the richest people in the world.
What I mean by that, is that you go faster upwards when you become richer. Half the population of earth is at the brink of poverty. I am jobless and yet I still make more out of my pathetic Patreon and Youtube revenue than most people in undeveloped countries who work all day.
Also, if you think missed opportunities makes you sad, imagine not taking any chance in your life and missing ALL the opportunities. A single success will take you higher than half of humanity of today.
